Due to the artisan-crafted nature of our products, including handspun yarn, knitted items, and quilts, we do not offer refunds after purchase. Each piece is crafted with great care and attention to detail, making it unique in its own way. However, if you receive an item with a creative defect that affects its intended use, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to discuss a resolution. We appreciate your understanding and support of handmade artistry!
